Trois Rivières Trilogy, Last Edition of the Tribute to its Legendary Name
Created in 1660 by Nicolas Fouquet, the Domaine des Trois Rivières has become, over the centuries, one of the most emblematic sugar cane plantations in Martinique. Its name comes from the three rivers that run through it: Bois d’Inde, Oman and Saint Pierre. The company pays tribute to them by presenting a trilogy of rare and precious, patiently elaborated, merged and aged in the tranquility of our cellars’ Great Hors d’Âge Rums.
Succeeding Oman and Bois d’Inde, the ultimate opus, Saint Pierre is the result of a blend of our best rums and and vintages carefully selected by our Cellar Master. To make it, the distillery has used some of the old wine batches which have benefited from an exceptionnaly long rest period of more than ten years of stalling. It leads to this aromatic profile of rare freshness with surprising notes of sweet, menthol and mineal spices, typical of the Martinique marine land.
